health me , fine concept , is our busy existence you don't have to think for yourself, you do a programme and you are done within +- 40 minutes, if you do well you are also pretty tired .
My husband and I (70+) have been milon training 2x a week since mid-November. My husband was already doing it in NL last summer and wanted to continue it! So now at Health me in the new Lxry Mall under construction at Brakkeput. . Very nice, good guidance and nice supervisors! Definitely recommended. In 35 min you work out 2 laps.

Nice new company, fine machines, handy and clear programme that precisely tracks your progress and focus points.

Super gym, thickly satisfied!
Working out in the milon circle suited me just fine. And it can't get boring because of the classes on offer too.

The coaching is personal and lots of it. At every workout, people ask how things are going. In my previous gym, this was never asked.
