Milon circle fitness Bonaire

At Gym Bonaire you will enjoy an efficient workout of only 35 minutes, divided into two rounds of 17.5 minutes each. Our circuit is carefully designed with a set route so that everyone has the same start and end points. This ensures that you can train undisturbed without getting in each other's way, and everyone has plenty of space. Each strength exercise lasts 1 minute per round, after which you have 30 seconds to move to the next piece of equipment. On the cardio machines, such as the bike or crosstrainer, you'll spend 4 minutes doing intense work. Would you like to come and work out in Bonaire? Then stop by our gym, located in Kralendijk.
