It's finally happened, I started exercising! I really like working out at Health Me. Good atmosphere, good supervision, I feel at ease. I'm not in great shape yet, but it's a start and after 5 weeks I already notice small differences in my strength compared to before 💪.

I find Health Me really ideal for me. A clear programme that you complete and you're done with 35 minutes. Then you have trained all the muscle groups. It is a cosy and intimate atmosphere there. The sports instructors there are really nice!
After your training you can have a cappuccino and a piece of fruit in the canteen and have a chat with some people, if you want. I love it!

Never thought I would go to a gym. I had a certain image of it that didn't seem like anything for me. But after retirement, plus a major operation, I needed to do something about my fitness.
