The
Milon Circle is a revolutionary training concept that takes only 35 minutes and consists of 12 smart computer-controlled machines, including 6 cardio and 6 strength machines. The circuit has a fixed route and the same starting and ending point for everyone. This way you never get in each other's way and have plenty of room to work out. Each strength workout lasts 1 minute per round and at the end of each round you have 30 seconds to change equipment.
