Milon Circle is a revolutionary training concept that takes only 35 minutes and consists of 12 smart computer-controlled machines, including 6 cardio and 6 strength machines. The circuit has a fixed route and the same starting and ending point for everyone. This way you never get in each other's way and have plenty of room to work out.
