During the first training session you will undergo a body scan and a strength measurement to determine your starting point. With your personal wristband you log on to the machines, which automatically adjust to your ideal training weight. That means training with optimal ease!
The Milon Circle uses the latest equipment, where you feel ease while working out. We work with an effective system: the Milon Circle. The circle consists of twelve machines, all focused on a different muscle group or focused on fitness. The machines in the Milon Circle are special: they adjust automatically to your training weight. By logging in with the aforementioned wristband, the machine knows what settings you want to train with and adjusts this automatically. During the Milon Training get you past all the machines in two 17.5-minute rounds and you'll have an effective workout in no time!
