    Mandatory reservation
    For optimal crowd regulation, we work with an appointment system. This also ensures that there is sufficient attention for the athletes. Every 15 minutes we admit three or four new members. If your preferred time is not listed, then this block is already full. Do not worry there is always enough space! You can schedule through the Health Me app which can be downloaded from the app store for Apple or the play store for android. You will be redirected to sportivity. Here you simply create your password. Your login code is the email address you provided. If you don't get it right now let your Health Me coach know and they will help you. 
    Subscription freeze
    Are you temporarily unable to exercise? No problem, at Health Me we take your situation into account. Note: pausing your subscription is done at the club by signing the pause form.

    Below is an overview of the pause options along with their terms and conditions:
    A maximum of one month of vacation can be taken annually. During the vacation, the payment obligation continues. At the end of the subscription period, the absent period will be granted as a free period. If the subscription period has already expired, the discount will be granted when sports are restarted.

    Absence period of up to one month. Dues during this period will continue. At the end of the subscription period, the absent period will be granted as a free period. If the subscription period has already expired, the discount will be granted when sports are restarted.

    In case of absence longer than one month due to: illness, hospitalization or death of partner, there is the possibility to freeze the subscription for up to 3 months. During this period the payment obligations continue. At the end of the subscription period, the absent period is granted as a free period. If the subscription period has already expired, the discount will be granted when sports is restarted.
    In case of a provable job or residence abroad, the subscription can be frozen for up to three months per year. During the absent period, there are no payment obligations. However, the subscription period is extended by the unpaid absence period.
    I want more information
    As we know, sports and exercise is vital for everyone! In particular, muscle-strengthening training keeps the body fit & vital. In addition, your brain also produces the substance endorphins (the happiness hormone). Yet only 18% of the population does exercise. That's because most people don't know what to do in a traditional gym. This is where Health Me has the solution! Meet now the alternative to the gym that achieves your goals! You too can do it!

    Warranty period

    At Health Me, we are so convinced of our concept that when you join one of our formulas, everyone automatically takes advantage of the guarantee period. In this we guarantee that we can make you fitter, stronger and more vital if you come to Milton with regularity of at least twice every 10 days and optimally twice a week.

    The warranty period has a duration of three months. In these three months you have to come and train at least 20 times on the Milon. Between the trainings you have to rest at least one day. This has to do with the recovery period (super compensation) of the muscles. Do you decide within 3 months where you have trained at least 20 times on the Milon that the concept does not fully meet your needs and wishes then you can stop without any further explanation or obligations.
