Milon circle training. With two 17.5-minute rounds consisting of 12 smart, computer-controlled machines, including six cardio and six strength machines, you'll never get in each other's way and have plenty of room to work out. Each strength workout lasts 1 minute per round with 30 seconds to switch between machines. On a cardio machine (such as a crosstrainer or bicycle), you'll spend 4 minutes doing intense work.
