1. Booking
  • Training can only be done with a reservation.

  • Five minutes before your reservation, you can enter the club and log in to Milon.

  • Can't make it after all? Sign out so someone else can use your spot.

2. Warming up
  • Use FIVE as an ideal warm-up.

  • Bring muscles to length first before shortening them with strength training.

  • A well-warmed body is 10% stronger!

  • Never start exercising cold to avoid damage to joints.

3. Follow the route
  • Always start with the first exercise, starting with the largest muscle group and ending with the smallest.

  • The cardio is a HIT (High Intensity Training). If you start with this, it is equivalent to a sprint. This can lead to overexertion and less energy for leg exercises.

4. Keep 1 min rest between rounds
  • After the first round, take a minute of rest to allow your body to recover.

  • This helps make the most of the second round.

5. Train outside the confort zone
  • Make sure the last three repetitions are really challenging!

  • Don't train outside your comfort zone? Then you're not making progress. We call this: FITNIXEN!

6. New phase
  • After every 20 workouts, you should make an appointment with the coach for a new training plan.

  • Without a new plan, you cannot continue training.

7. Respect
  • Adhere to the house rules.

  • Always use a towel.

  • Treat fellow athletes and coaches with respect.

  • Only employees are allowed to operate the PC, air conditioning and music.

  • For everyone's safety, there is camera surveillance.

8. Coaches aanwezig
  • Wil je graag begeleiding tijdens je training? Onze coaches staan op de volgende tijden voor je klaar om je te helpen, te motiveren en al je vragen te beantwoorden.

    • Donderdag: 07:30 - 12:00 & 16:00 - 21:00 uur
    • Vrijdag: 07:30 - 12:00 & 16:00 - 20:00 uur
    • Zaterdag: 08:00 - 12:00 uur
    • Zondag: 08:00 - 12:00 uur
